Medical Laboratory Technologist

Responsibilities:

• Perform various laboratory tests on patient samples, such as blood, urine, and tissue specimens.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Analyze test results and report findings accurately to physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Participate in research projects and contribute to the development of new laboratory techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
